Profile page allows you to edit profile fields and flags of an account. Some of the profile fields are system (pre-defined), and any other can be custom added. Generally, profile fields are account data that is not a part of the compensation plan. They aren't participating in any calculation procedures.
Each field can be edited by clicking on it. This option can be restricted depending on access role.
System Flags
Some system flags may be present in the profile, such as:
- no-sign-up – that means that new distributors cannot be registered under this account (providing this account as their sponsor). It's recommended to set this flag On for 'company' or 'owner' account.
- online office admin – means that this distributor account has an admin access to the online office, allowing him to configure the online office.
- Other flags may be used for access restrictions or special account conditions.
Email and Phone Verification
- If the email or phone is not verified, the status will be displayed.
- To verify, send the distributor an email or SMS with a confirmation code.
- Once the code is entered, the status will change to verified.
Account's Language
- The language set in the profile determines the interface language and messages in the distributor’s Online Office.
- Supported languages can be selected from a dropdown menu.
Profile Management Buttons
At the top of the profile page, you will find several action buttons:
Delete Account
- Click Delete Account.
- The system will ask for confirmation before deleting.
- Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.
Set Password
- Click Set Password.
- Enter a new password for the distributor’s Online Office.
- Confirm the changes.
Logging in as a Distributor
- Allows admins to log into the distributor’s account without needing login credentials.
- Used to check data or assist the user.
- Available only for administrators with the required permissions.
